　　We established an integrity system of quality management and carried it into execution.We Possess 35 sets of extruders ,The biggest of 5500MT ,with the production capacity of 75000 tons per annum. We are capable of producing various extrusion shapes with maximum width of 500mm (aluminum alloy 2024,5052,6063,6005,6061,6463,6082,6060,7003 etc),such as windows&doors, floors, curtain walls, automobile beam and bumper,transportation, power tool,architecture, and all sorts of industrial profiled material .We may also designe,make mould and extrude according to the client’s requirement. At present ,these can be done such as mill finished,anodized, electrophoretic, powder coating, thermal barrier profile, wood grain profile, PDVF coating profiles, DIY profile. Also further processing can be down such as cutting, bending, punching, CNC machining,welding ,drilling, polishing and assembly with other accessories.In 2008,We established one plant who specially is in charge of deep-process, owning different machines including 45 sets of three axis CNC, 6 sets of four axis CNC and 3 sets of long anix CNC (PRATIC).

　　In the filed of aluminum coils, we have four aluminum casting and rolling production lines,one high-precision cold rolling line and two coating lines of aluminum products.We own a set of supertype caster produced by FATA-HUNTER,Italy and other facilities imported from oversea market auch as 1850mm 4 high non-reversing aluminum strip cold rolling mill AGC/AFC system, rewinding machine,cut to length machine and roller grinder,etc.Our aluminum sheets & colis are accordance with GB/T 19001-2000、GB/T 24001-2004、GB/T 28001-2001、GB/T 3880-2006、GB/T 5237-2004、YS/T429-2000、USA AAMA2605-98,etc. The aluminum alloy 1100,1050,1060,1145,3003,3004,5052,5754,5083etc are available.

　　In 2013, We start to manufacture aluminum die-castings that will improve and perfect our aluminum products. We own 4 aluminum Die-casting lines,the Max one is 800 tonnage.
